At 24 Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are only accepted for size exchanges. We do not offer refunds for any other reason, including change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Size Exchange Policy

To request a size exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at sofia@24atelier.com.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the original item, the new size will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Items worn, washed, or without original tags
Items sent back without prior approval
Final sale items
